The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
Mmm.. no jaguar sharks here....
In some ways a spoof of the famous Jacques Cousteau underwater documentaries, our hero is a captain who sails the seas with an odd crew, making movies about fish. On this trip, he is in search of a possibly-non-existent jaguar shark, which he believes ate his ex partner. Along for the ride is a young man who may or may not be his long lost son, but who doesn't have a clue about the seafaring life. Complicating matters even further is an unwed mother-to-be, who sparks romantic rivalry between father and son. Expect the absurd.|
