Set back in the 1980s, a young boy is having trouble with some bullies at school. He is very lonely, and is relieved when a girl his age moves in next door. However she is reluctant to get to close to him, and he observes some rather strange things about her.It turns out that she has been twelve years old for a long time, and her lust for human blood will be used to his advantage.
