Jack Simpson is an opportunist who joins Cityside Bowling Club in order to rent out his car parking spaces to loyal workers. All hell breaks loose when Jack is forced to play lawn bowls at the club in order to keep his membership and help save the ailing club from being a prime candidate for a takeover.
