THE TRUMPET OF THE SWAN lovingly tells the story of LOUIS, a young trumpeter swan who cannot trumpet.

In fact, he cannot make a sound, and that spells trouble when he tries to woo SERENA, the most beautiful swan he has ever seen. Through the help of his sensitive and highly dramatic father who heroically steals a trumpet for him, and BOYD, a young boy who becomes his friend and mentor, Louis learns how to play the trumpet, becomes a renowned musician and eventually wins the affection of this beloved Serena.
