Stranger Inside
Inside a grim Juvenile Detention Facility, an African-American woman named Treasure Lee celebrates her 21st birthday, as well as her transfer to the State Woman's Facility.
As she tells the guard before departing, she feels that going to the ''Big House'' will be like going home,'' since her mother, Brownie, is there serving a life sentence.
Set against the harsh backdrop of a modern-day woman's correctional facility, STRANGER INSIDE is an intense and realistic drama about a young woman's reckless journey to be reunited with the mother she never knew.
