In the vein of ''Days of of Wine and Roses'' and ''Trainspotting'' comes the story of super model Montana who reaches the highest peaks of the fashion runways and the depths of the New York underbelly. As she continues to spend all the money she makes on drugs, her friends and roommates become both annoyed with her constantly stealing money, and concerned for her health.Meanwhile, an ex-flame discovers that he has leukemia. As he struggles to tie up loose ends in his life, he learns of this former lover's drug problems, and takes her to her grandfather's house in the country to help clean up her life.
Once clean from drugs, she flies off to Milan for a job. When she learns that her lover's illness has advanced beyond repair, she flies home to be with him during his final moments.
