Meet two girls who haven't got a clue... Just a lot of incriminating evidence! Betsy and Arlene are best friends and typical American teenage girls. Their biggest concerns are: fashion, shopping, boys and homework. How is a girl to fit political scandal into such a schedule?

After becoming the official walkers of the President's dog, Betsy and Arlene inadvertently stumble upon the biggest political scandal in US history -- Watergate. Unknowingly, the girls become the centre of the scandal -- ''leaking'' the story to the press and offering advice to the President. Its time to both wag the dog -- and walk it -- in this fun-raising comedy of historic distortions!
