Happy New Year

Bollywood's take on the sports-underdog genre combines it with the dance-competition theme which has proved a popular money-spinner for Hollywood in recent times. The team of underdogs is a group of five disparate dancers who are representing India in an international dance competition in Dubai. They have little confidence in themselves, but are driven to do well other reasons. The result is a manic run to the finish, where our characters face several challenges in their quest for victory as the film reaches its climax, a climax that is full of national pride, diabolical revenge and triumph. In Hindi language with English subtitles.
