Don't Ever Cross Alex Cross

Alex Cross

Todd McCarthy quote iconIt's all rather shaky.
5
Box Office
Pete Hammond quote iconPerry is like we have never seen him before in an emotional, powerhouse performance that doesn't let up, and the simply-named Alex Cross should be a solid box office achiever that draws in both Perry's loyal fan base and aficionados of the police thriller genre.
10
ScreenIt
C. Fuchs quote iconHad Freeman returned for the role, at least that would have provided some emotional depth when the moments call for it (something Perry doesn't have a prayer of reaching), but even that terrific actor and that incredible voice couldn't have overcome the prolific script and direction issues.
