My Bloody Valentine 3D

Nothing says 'date movie' like a 3D RIDE TO HELL!

My Bloody Valentine 3D
Ten years ago, an incident at a mine led to a bloody rampage which saw many people murdered. Now, one of the town's inhabitants is returning home to see how things are. His childhood sweetheart has married his best friend. As he readjusts to small-town life, the body count starts climbing, and the evidence points to the same murderer from 10 years ago. Only problem is that the killer is supposed to be dead, too. The three friends try to solve the mystery and stay alive, as the killer gets closer and closer. This film is in 3D, and there are lots of graphic violent scenes, with body parts and blood flying out of the screen straight at you. It also features full-frontal 3D nudity.

What the Critics say

The Citizen
Natalie Bosman quote iconCompared to Scar, the last gory 3D film that South African audiences were exposed to, My Bloody Valentine is, er, bloody good.

eye Weekly
Christian Martius quote iconMy Bloody Valentine 3D is a no-brainer gratuitous gore-fest and, for a re-imagining that uses glorious three dimensions instead of two, it would be ridiculous to regard this remake of the 1981 Canadian slasher classic as a film that employs any cerebral matter beyond heaping it onto a pile of bloody remains.
