Hannibal Rising

Hannibal Rising
This film shows how Hannibal Lector got to be the evil genius that he was. The story picks up in World War II, where as a young boy, he inadvertently ate his younger sister with some war criminals. Later, as a young man, his Japanese aunt teaches him some culture and samurai swordcraft. After whetting his bloodlust on a randy butcher, he sets off after the baddies from the war, determined to make them pay for what they did to his sister. The critics were not impressed. Note that sensitive viewers should probably skip this.
