A scientist is trying to contact life in the galaxy, and builds many interesting devices. Unfortunately, he dies, leaving his pregnant wife to raise their son, who turns out to be mentally challenged. When older, he and his sole female friend discover his dad's computer and begins fiddling around, unaware of the consequences. Soon there are strange lights in the sky and unknown footprints...
