Minority Report

In the future, murder is no longer a problem. By using psychics, a special task team is able to arrest people before they actually commit the crime. A problem arises when the psychics identify that the leader of the task team is going to commit a murder, and order his arrest. He disagrees with their decision and takes to flight, to prove his innocence.
