A Civil Action
Your honour, I am an ass.
A courtroom-cum-legal drama, mainly from the lawyer's point of view. Our ambulance-chasing hero sees gold in a water-poisoning case, and throws everything into the fight, in the process heading straight towards financial ruin for himself and his partners. Critics have complained that the film is too civil with not enough action (read: almost boring), albeit with some good performances.
