In Tallahassee Florida, four sexy party girls, billed by locals as the "House of Babes", are struggling to pay back a $20,000 loan for their post-post-feminist magazine, Biotch. Given the choice between men or their magazine, the women opt for the magazine. Hilarious chaos ensues and the women become the reluctant heroes in a national debate over "the battle of the sexes for the new millennium".
