Following a successful prison break -- two thieves, one skilled in the art of forgery and fraud, the other a jewel thief, set out to recover diamonds acquired in a heist some twenty years earlier. After arranging new identities they are thrust into a whirlwind adventure and life-threatening situation when one thief is mistaken for a murdered journalist.
