Known international terrorist ANTHONY MORAN suddenly appears in the nation's capital. Armed tactical forces prepare to take him down but Moran coolly explains he has planted a nuclear warhead detonator inside of himself which is running off his body's own natural electrical current and it will detonate in twenty-four hours unless his demands are met.
