When Sheriff Jim Tanner (Eric Roberts) and his assistent Barbera (Melissa Brasselle) investigate a string of grisly vicious killings, they discover that the predator has now become the prey.Prehistoric Raptors live again, and guess who's on the menu... only scientist Dr. Hyde (Corbin Bernsen), a former military researcher whose government funding for a dinosaur cloning project was cut, knows the truth. When the Pentagon discovers Hyde obtained foreign backing to continue his experiments, they send in a strike team to save Tanner and Barbera and stop Hyde who's cheering for the Raptors!
