A Navy SEAL team hits an island beach in the Adriatic Sea, under orders to capture fugitive terrorist Stavro Latos. Almost from the start, the mission goes bad. Seal Lieutenent Rick Jeffries and his men are ambushed by Stavro's private army. When the smoke clears, men on both sides are dead. Stavro has escaped.An explosive-laden suicide boat slams into the Seals's extraction ship, sinking it with all hands, including Captain Steve Jeffries, Rick's brother. Rick and his Seals embark on an impossible mission of revenge, they must find a stolen Russian nuclear weapon, steal it back, then use it as bait to trap Stavro Latos.
