When a routine customs inspection uncovers an underground shipment of a highly toxic weapons grade gas, Agent Brooks must accompany the Russian crime czar, Simeonov and Russian agent Natayla Batalova to Anchorage, Alaska. The gas is to be safely transferred to a train for delivery to the states, and Agent Brooks is asked to accompany Simeonov and Natalya via plane transport to DC.However, the transport plane is hijacked with Simeonov's inside men, Simeonov and his men escape leaving Alex and Natayla doomed in the crashing plane. Miraculously, Alex and Natalya survive the crash and soon realise that Simeonov and his men have headed back to the train to take back his twenty-two million-dollar cargo of lethal gas. When Alex and Natalya get to the train, they find that Simeonov and his men have taken it over, and the once safe train is now a runaway. In a race against time, Alex and Natalya not only need to capture Simeonov and his men, but also rescue the train before it crashes killing all on board as well as wiping out an entire city.
