When a computer genius nicknamed ''Bean'' is killed under suspicious circumstances, his brother TED GAGE (Daniel Cosgrove) tries to unravel the mystery. The police suspect that the infamous cult Trillion has struck again. Trillion's victims all have strange striations on their legs and off puncture wounds. More troubling, all of the victims' internal organs are missing.Bean's university teacher uncovers a secret military project that Bean may have been working on before his untimely death. The only clue is an e-mail from a person named Lazarus.
