SAMSON and HERCULES, the extraordinary dogs of Little Heroes 1 & 2 are back.A couple of international criminals steal a Top Secret Defence microchip. Arrested after a high-speed chase, the zany criminals land in the same jail as Slick and Carney. Just before Slick and Carney are released for good behaviour, the criminals slip the microchip into Carney's food to smuggle it out. But the bowls get mixed up and the ciminals don't know which one ate the chip.
