Finding himself on the wrong side of the law, Pally LeMarr, a once tough Boston cop, who was forced to retire, is unwillingly transformed into a criminal by his brother Ray -- a small time con man with connections to the mob.They purchase a racehorse hoping for a lucrative payoff, but end up with more than they bargained for.
