The Opponent
After years of domestic abuse, a woman finds an outlet for her anger in the ring at a community boxing club, where a club fight promoter spots her. With the help of a former hopeful, she learns a valuable lesson about boxing -- when you fight you lose, when you box you win. As she grows in the ring, so does her relationship with her trainer. The conclusion is a triumph of courage, self-belief and the power to make it on your own.
