It is not until his fiancé, Kenzie (Daisy Fuentes), has been taken hostage that he realises that the camera and the secret it holds, is the reason someone is prepared to kill for. When the film yields evidence of a billion-dollar counterfeit ring, Riley, reluctantly, turns to his estranged brother (a fellow cop) for help.

The two must put aside their differences and work together to have any chance of rescuing Kenzie and blowing the illegal operation wide open.
