The evil trio plans to take over the world and to unseat the President of the United States, through the creation of a new, mindless TV network, RBTV (Really Bad Television), which will hypnotize the entire population by election day.

It is left to the cartoon heroes Rocky and Bullwinkle to stop them.

With the combined talents of Robert De Niro as Fearless Leader, Jason Alexander as Boris and Rene Russo as Natasha and appearances from Whoopi Goldberg and John Goodman, this is a hilarious comedy for the whole family to enjoy.
