Gang In Blue
Black cop Michael Rhoades (Mario Ban Peebles) knows that some of his white colleagues ride roughshod over the rights of blacks and other minority citizens.He has contacted the FBI, but as far as he knows, his concerns have been lost in the bureaucratic maze. What Rhoades does not realize is that these seemingly random acts of police misconduct are not random at all, but the work of a highly organized racist brotherhood called the Phantoms. The Phantoms take note of Rhoades' curiosity and mark him for death.
