Battlefield Earth
In the year 3000 AD, mankind no longer reigns as the supreme being on planet Earth. Years ago Earth was conquered by a ruthless alien race, the Psychlos, and now mankind is divided into two surviving groups - those that have been enslaved by their new masters and those who live in primitive tribes.The past has been forgotten and a superstitious religion has been adopted when man now worship and fears what is believed to be mythic gods. Only, the gods are not of myth, but 12-foot tall aliens with razor sharp talons and devious minds. The most devious is Terl (John Travolta), the vicious Psychlo head of security, it will take the remarkable courage of one ordinary man (Barry Pepper - ''Saving Private Ryan'') to lead mankind in a revolt against the alien race.
