Titanic Town
Bernie McPhelimy is a one-woman crusader hell bent on stopping the war in Northern Ireland, and the effect it has on her family. However, when an innocent woman friend is caught in a crossfire and killed, Bernie's patience runs out.She decides to stop the war. Single-handedly, and often with unexpectedly comic results, she takes on the High Command of the IRA and the British government. Bernie is visiting Stormont, the seat of government, all dressed up in her Sunday best. With bricks flying through the window and sympathy cards through the door, it becomes clear to Bernie that she has bitten off more than she can chew.
