In the fictional soviet Republic of Bazrahkistan, a remote nuclear missile silo is secretly taken over by renegade soldiers, while the country's new president plays host to a reception at the palace to celebrate the return of peace and democracy.The party is crashed by Jack Cracey (Jack Scalia - ''IIicit Behavior'', ''Point Man'') a recently dismissed U.S. secret agent, desperate to alert the American Ambassador. At the party Cracy runs into his ex-lover, the president's daughter Katherina (Ingrid Torrance - ''The X-Files'', ''Viper''). Just as the vice premier rises to give a speech, rebel forces storm the Palace. The American Ambassador is killed, and all the guests are taken prisoner. Now Cracey is their only hope...
