F.B.I. special agent JASON WELLS (Brennan Elliot) receives an unsettling assignment; he's about to die a tragic death in order to infiltrate the long sought-after terrorist group, Division 5.JASON BLACK is a rookie hit man who's about to learn a thing or two from the best that Division 5 has to offer -- QUINN SIMMONS (Michael Dudikoff). Quinn makes it very clear to Jason that the two are pro and protégé, and being a specialist means being quick and clean, never leaving your hit to suffer a slow death. Quinn receives a tip-off that Jason has been bottom dog to an inside setup job from day one, and that he is going to be conveniently framed in the assasination of SENATOR CLAYTON the following day.
