En route to their private island off the coast of Maine, a wealthy Boston couple, David and Alexis Weinberg (Alan Rickman and Polly Walker) discover a young man (Norman Reedus) on the side of the road.A series of eerie coincidences bring them together for the entire weekend, during which a deceptive love triagle emerges. As a dense fog decends upon the beautiful autumn foliage, we gradually realise that nothing is what it seems.
