CIA Agent Bruce Nelson posing as a journalist uses hi-tech hidden surveillance equipment to get Hector Carpa an active member of a Peruvian rebel organisation arrested, tried and sentenced to prison for life. A vicious game of cat and mouse unfolds between CIA agent Bruce Nelson and the rebel leader Victor, who is planning to rescue HEctor and other political prisoners to overthrow the government of President Fujimori. After a terrifying hostage situation, Bruce must take another look at his life as a CIA agent.
