The sequel to the blockbuster Ghayal from way back in 1990. After being released from prison, our hero starts a newspaper. When a video of his mentor's death surfaces, he takes action to find those responsible, roping in an odd assortment of activists, ex-criminals, and others of their ilk, for help.
