Based on an award-winning youth novel, this is about a young surfer who's come to terms with the accidental death of his best friend just before their last year at school. After the death, the surving friend swears off surfing for good, since he can't stand to be reminded of everything that he and his pal shared. Then his friend's twin sister returns to town, determined to qualify for a World Surf tour, but she needs his help... and for that, he has to get back into the water...
