This Afrikaan comedy is set in 2004, where a poor shy Matric girl is inspired by Charlize Theron's Oscar win to do something special for her Matric Dance. She has a crush on the local tennis champ, and when he breaks up with his girlfriend, she thinks it is the perfect time to ask him to the dance. However, before she can, her best friend next door reveals his love for her, putting her in a difficult position. Should she go with her best friend, or aim for her dream date?
