The Farrelly brothers are back with a proper sequel to their notorious Dumb and Dumber. It's twenty years later, and Harry discovers he has a daughter that he didn't know about. His pal Lloyd develops a crush from looking at her picture, and feels the need to track her down... so the two of them set off to find her, having various bizarre adventures with equally bizarre people along the way.
