An obnoxious realtor is totally self-centred until his estranged son shows up, and then departs, leaving behind his nine-year-old daughter. Clueless as to how to handle her, the realtor passes her off on his neighbour, so that he can carry on with his life without being distracted. As time goes by, the two females teach him there is more to life than work. This film is unlikely to be remembered as the director's best.
