The followup to last year's The Purge offers more of the same depressing view of American society. On the night of the annual Purge, five citizens, including a young couple, a dad, and a mom and daughter, find out just how far they will go to protect themselves and, ultimately, each other, as they fight to survive a night filled with madness and death.
