Set in 1944, this biopic is about the author Allen Ginsberg, during his student years. He and his roommate made friends with another two aspiring writers, and they had a great time until an older outsider became romatically involved with the roommate. When the admirer turned up dead and the police started poking around, the writers found their future careers in jeopardy.
