This film spent all of two weeks on circuit in the USA before hitting DVD. The son of a slain NYPD officer, with his two best friends, joins the police academy. After graduating, he's taken under the wing of his father's former partner in the ranks of the Vice Crime Task Force and he becomes part of the rogue task force.
