Vincent Wants to Sea

Vincent Wants to Sea
A young man is afflicted with Tourette's syndrome, and has trouble when speaking with people. His life is a constant wrestle with the idea of acceptance and his own uncontrollable and unique freedom of self-expression. When his mother passes away before she could gaze at the sea one last time he becomes haunted by life's fleeting opportunities and is inspired to fulfil her final wish. With the help of an anorexic colleague and their obsessive-compulsive pal, he escapes the confines of the clinic where he was sent by his father and steals a doctor's car, buoyed by the opportunity to finally scatter his mother's ashes to the sea. Pursued by his blustering father and uptight therapist, he races to freedom in an adventure fraught with both calamity and charm. In German language with English subtitles.
