Sacha Baron Cohen is back with more blunt observations about human culture, or the lack thereof. We follow a bloodthirsty dictator who, after surviving an assassination attempt, is set up for the next one, which he also escapes, but ends up wandering around New York incognito. There, he meets and falls in love with a radical feminist. The plotline, as in Cohen's other films, serves mainly to allow him to express his opinion on different matters, seeking to shock and offend as many viewers as possible. Enjoy.
