An wealthy Yemeni sheik loves trout fishing, and decides to set up a trout fishery in his native country. He approaches the British government for help, and they appoint a consultant who hooks Britain's leading fisheries expert for the job. He thinks the project is both absurd and unachievable. However when the Prime Minister's press secretary punts it as a ''good will'' story, he comes on board, no doubt also because he is smitten by the consultant. So they head off to the Yemen to tackle Mission Impossible...
