Brendan Fraser declined to be part of the sequel, so The Rock got roped in to play stepdad to our teen hero. After decoding a message from Grandpa, they head halfway around the world looking for an island, which they find after surviving a helicopter crash. The island is indeed Mysterious, with weird and wonderful flora and fauna, but things get sticky when the volcano decides to blow and island starts to sink ... This film is releasing in both 2D and 3D, this is the 3D version.
