Trespass

When terror is at your door, you can run, or you can fight.

Trespass
Another outwit-the-crooks thriller. A bunch of thieves force their way into a large modern house secluded in the woods, and demand access to the safe that they know is hidden somewhere. The father refuses, fearing they will all be shot once access is granted. Thus begins the game of cat and mouse as the family and the crooks continually try to gain the upper hand, pitting brains against weapons.

91 minutes.

What the Critics say

Cape Argus / The Star
Helen Herimbi quote iconA good film to see if you're watching at home and wondering if you should get a safe for your house but not if you're hoping to get your mind stimulated. Suspense in the first half-hour while the string-filled musical intensifies the frequent acts of deceit.

Sara Maria Vizcarrondo quote iconThere's little substance beneath the surface, but that surface has fire and ice bling.

Chicago Sunday Times
Roger Ebert quote iconThe screenplay by Karl Gajdusek succeeds in devising enough dialogue to last 90 minutes in what increasingly seems like an exercise in overacting.
