Another Earth

Another Earth
This intellectual movie looks at a theme common in Sci-fi literature: that of Earth's ''twin''. The story focuses on a young woman who accidentally killed the wife and son of a university music teacher. After doing time for the deed, she goes to work for the music teacher, without him knowing that she was responsible for his loss. While all this was happening, Earth's twin, a planet identical to Earth, had been approaching slowly. The woman wins a ticket to visit it, hoping that her double on the twin had not made the same mistake as she. She gives the ticket to her boss, so that he can go and hopefully see his ''wife and child'' again.
