A supernatural thriller which borrows bits and ideas from several other movies, and which the studios expected to bomb. The plotline focuses on a family who move into a new house, where gradually the father learns that several years ago, it was the scene of a family murder. The evidence begins to point to him as the killer, so he investigates further, and then things get complicated ... what is real and what is not? Is the pretty woman across the street as innocent as she looks? What exactly happened in that house five years ago?
