Based on Greek mythology, this swords-and-sandals epic looks at the battles between men and the gods. King Hyperion and his army are rampaging across Greece in search of a long-lost magical bow which will enable him to overthrow the Gods of Olympus and become the undisputed master of his world. He is unstoppable until he kills a stonemason's mother. The stonemason vows to avenge her death. He meets a prophetess who becomes convinced that he is the key to stopping the destruction. With her help, the stonemason assembles a small band of followers and embraces his destiny in a final desperate battle for the future of humanity. This film is releasing in both 2D and 3D, this is the 2D version.
