I love a man with big hands...

A kiddie-friendly update of the classic Beauty and the Beast tale. He's a good-looking high-school student, who scorns the non-beautiful people. Unfortunately he upsets a witch and is cursed for his efforts. He is made unpleasant to look at, but can regain his original looks if he manages to convince someone to fall in love with him within a year. The prettiest girl in school is a natural choice for this task... but what if she had the same view on beauty that he had?
